Tracy Morgan - No Disrespect

Starring for seven seasons on NBC’s Emmy and Golden Globe Award-winning “30 Rock,” Tracy Morgan appeared opposite Tina Fey and Alec Baldwin as “Tracy Jordan,” the unpredictable star of Lemon’s (Fey) hit variety show, “TGS with Tracy Jordan.” In 2009 Morgan received his first Emmy Nomination for this role, in the Supporting Actor category; he has in six past years also been nominated for a Supporting Actor NAACP Image Award. The “30 Rock” cast has also won the Screen Actors Guild Award for “Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series.” The beloved series came to an end in January 2013.

While on a standup comedy tour in 2014, Morgan was critically injured in a serious car accident that prevented the comedian from continuing to work and tour. After months of rehabilitation, Tracy returned in an exclusive interview with TODAY Show’s Matt Lauer where he expressed his grief for the incident as well as his goals to come back to the entertainment world. The FXX Studios untitled comedy series created by RCG productions, toplined by Morgan, remains on hold. In June 2015, Tracy was selected to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in the 2016 class. Starting September the same year, Morgan began filming his next role in the upcoming comedy, FIST FIGHT, staring Ice Cube and Charlie Day.

In April 2014, Tracy released a standup special for Comedy Central, titled Tracy Morgan: Bona Fide, which brought Comedy Central one of its largest viewership for a standup special in 2014. Even adding host to his line of credits, Morgan served as the 2013 Billboard Music Awards host, where he kept the laughs going on ABC’s LIVE broadcast in May.
With comedy always as his foundation, Morgan has begun tackling dramas and independent films. In 2010, he starred alongside Al Pacino and Channing Tatum in the crime-thriller THE SON OF NO ONE which received Sundance Film Festival honors. In August 2012, WHY STOP NOW bowed, which was also an official selection at Sundance. The film is centered on a piano prodigy (Jesse Eisenberg) who on the day of a big audition winds up on a drug-fueled odyssey with his addled mother (Melissa Leo) and her drug dealer, Sprinkles, played by Morgan.

Morgan has also had the opportunity to be a part of some of the most successful animated films in recent years. In 2009, he made his animation debut lending his voice for Jerry Bruckheimer’s G-FORCE, a combination live-action/CG film. The film opened number one in US box offices and was celebrated by audiences worldwide. In 2013, he starred as the bulldog, Luiz, in the colorful and lively film RIO and again in April 2014 when he reprised his role in RIO 2. Morgan’s voice can also be heard in the Oscar-nominated film, BOXTROLLS, as one of the film’s antagonist, Mr. Gristle.


Another milestone for Morgan was reached in 2009 with the release of his first book, a compilation of studied anecdotes and some of the more serious moments that shaped him and his career entitled I Am The New Black. He also headlined the famed “New York Comedy Festival” which featured acclaimed comedians including Bill Maher, Andy Samberg, and Patton Oswalt, among others. Lastly, Morgan rounded out his list of great comedic achievements with his first HBO Special, “Black & Blue.”

Continuously touring the country doing what he loves the most, stand-up comedy, Morgan has headlined across the country and abroad on various tours and festivals. He was first introduced to television audiences in his role as “Hustleman” on the hit comedy series “Martin.” He went on to join “Saturday Night Live” in 1996 where he appeared for seven seasons and created such memorable characters as “Astronaut Jones” and “Brian Fellows.” After leaving SNL, Morgan went on to star in his own comedy series “The Tracy Morgan Show” and voiced “Spoonie Luv” on Comedy Central’s “Crank Yankers.” Additional film credits include: COP OUT, the remake of the British film DEATH AT A FUNERAL, Dimension Films’ SUPERHERO MOVIE, FIRST SUNDAY opposite Ice Cube and Katt Williams, THE LONGEST YARD opposite Adam Sandler, the Wayan’s brothers LITTLE MAN, JAY AND SILENT BOB STRIKE BACK AND HEAD OF STATE.


Morgan currently resides in New Jersey with his wife their daughter.

Timmy Tim

Comedian Timmy Tim was born in Spartanburg, SC and is the 2nd of 3 boys. He was inspired to pursue a comedy career in high school after seeing Richard Pryor on HBO.

Tim blessed the mic at a talent competition in his hometown of Spartanburg at Mickey’s Silver Bullet. He placed 2nd out of 50 contestants. Tim moved to Columbia, SC to further pursue his career in comedy. At first he struggled to find his path and one evening after an open mic at The Comedy House Tim was asked by radio personality Broadway Joe (Joel Ratcliff) to work on his radio show.

He is at home on the stage with stars such as Kevin Hart, Kat Williams, Bruce Bruce, John Witherspoon, Mike Epps, Gary Owens, Sherly Underwood, Monique, Adele Gives, Sommore, Eddie Griffin, Arnez J and D.L. Hughley. He has also hosted concerts for musical acts such as Charlie Wilson, Anthony Hamilton, Melanie Fiona, Trey Songz, Monica, Joe, H-Town, and Fantasia.

After 20 years of telling jokes in Columbia, Charlotte and Atlanta, Adele asked him to go on tour with her. She appears with Timmy on stage at Improv Comedy Clubs around the country.

His motto is inspired by two of his idols, Richard Pryor, and Malcolm X, “Be funny by any means necessary”.

Tony Rock

Comedian, Actor, Producer Tony Rock is the hardest working man in show business. Born in the same Brooklyn Hospital where most of his eight brothers and sisters arrived into the world, Tony was born laughing and it was quickly apparent that his big brother wasn’t going to be the only famous comedian in the family.

Tony has proven to be one of television’s best hosts having played the role of ringleader on HBO’s weekly stand-up comedy series All Def Comedy, NBA TV’s The Warm Up, along with BET’s Black Card Revoked and Apollo Live, all while co-starring in his first prime-time network series – CBS’ Living Biblically. 

Tony Rock

​Performing stand-up comedy continues to be Tony’s first love and this year has proven no different.  You can see him on tour in 2018 as one of the featured acts on the Platinum Comedy Tour with Mike Epps, The Festival Of Laughs with Comedienne Sommore, and his own Tony Rock Live club tour!

Outside of the lights-camera-action, Tony works tirelessly as the founder of the MyROCK Diabetes Foundation, a charity organization established in honor of his late father.

Comic T-Ray Sanders performs a unique pep rally style of comedy here at the Comedy House. It is a hit with audiences at comedy clubs across the country, generating plenty of laughs, but also sending out a message of motivation.

His television appearances include BET Comic View, Late Nite Laugh Off and Eddie Murphy’s, “Murphy’s Law 07”

When you here the name Thomas Ray Sanders, you probably assume he is just another average guy, but when you hear him called by his popular stage name “Comedian T-Ray” you know he is anything but average! T-Ray Sanders, grew up with his grandmother in High Point, N.C.. She knew he was anything, but average. Childhood memories include singing in the church choir & giving the graduation speech for his 5th grade class.

He was chose for both due to his extremely loud voice, which caused him to stand out in any crowd. This over whelming presence is what led him into his current career of acting and comedy.

T-Ray Jumpin Around

T-Ray performed his first comedy act his senior year of high school. This was the beginning of his love for the stage, known again, for his LOUD voice. Has performed in several stage plays during his lifetime. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, INC. and a Greek Step Show Performer.

T-Ray has been on a road to Hollywood that has allowed him to do stand-up comedy with Chris Tucker, Eddie Griffin, Cheryl Underwood, A.J. Johnson, J.B. Smoove, Katt Williams, Arnez J, Gary Owens, Tyler Craig, Zooman Miller and many more.
